Founded in 2019 by Lee and Ash Waring, our firm was built on a foundation of over two decades of hands-on industry experience. We set out with a singular purpose: to provide a consistently high-end finish by constantly refining our details and investing in a team of elite, in-house tradespeople.

Full Public & Employee Liability insurance
Your house is usually your biggest investment in life – so why risk it. Waring & Co Renovations hold full Public & Product Liability insurance up to £5,000,000 and full Employers Liability insurance up to £10,000,000 on all contracts, large or small including working at height up to 30 metres. This is a very important point to consider when deciding which contractor to use and we are happy to provide copies of our current certificate.

Our team has built an exceptional reputation for quality and professionalism, specialising in traditional slate roofs, modern flat roofing systems, kitchen and bathroom fitting, joinery services, electrical works and using traditional hot-lime mixes and lime putty-based mortars and renders.

Such examples of our attention to detail and traditional construction techniques are reflected in our previous and ongoing work with Scarborough Borough Council and works within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and we are proud to display our catalogue of previous works throughout this site.
