Lee & Ashley Waring set up the business in May 2019 having worked in the industry for a combined time of 22 years.

Over the past 5 years Waring Building & Roofing has gone from strength to strength, increasing our team to now include 15 efficient and highly-skilled tradespeople. Our workforce is CITB registered and all of our team are full time employed and we are proud to be a living wage employer. We also employ several apprentices to do what we can for the future of trades.

We are proud to be members of organisations such as The Federation of Master Builders and Trustmark, the Government endorsed quality scheme for additional peace of mind for the client.

Due to the size of our firm we’re able to take on larger renovation projects, new builds and large commercial roofing works but we’re still able to accommodate smaller projects such as renovating individual rooms, installing kitchens, building walls and all roofing works.

Waring Building & Roofing Ltd hold full Public Liability and full Employers Liability insurance on all contracts, large or small including working at height up to 30 metres. This is a very important point to consider when deciding which contractor to use and we are happy to provide copies of our current certificate.
