Barn Conversion – Egton

We have converted a previously unused barn, creating a modern but rustic, two bedroom living space. We have installed a chimney ready for the log burner.  Velux windows, sun tunnels and windows hand made by J Hallam Joinery have  been installed. We have created a bathroom and shower room. Fitted a kitchen and a separate ulitity. The property was then decorated throughout with tongue and groove effect paneling and finished with Farrow & Ball paint. Externally a beautiful patio area has been created with Indian Stone paving slabs and a sandstone wall where the views over the countryside can be thoroughly enjoyed by the occupants. For this project we worked alongside Abbey Gas & SI Electrical.
