Demolition and New Build – Robin Hood’s Bay

The original house was carefully removed by our team. We then started on the preparation and groundworks for a new Norframe House. Once the frame was in place, our team returned to continue the transformation. We took care of the roofing, block work and installed cedar cladding to enhance the exterior, while our trusted partners at NC Plastering completed the rendering.

Inside, our team applied their expertise to board and plaster each room to the highest standard. We introduced character and warmth through thoughtfully crafted features, including exposed timber beams and custom panelling—each element designed to complement the home’s architecture and enhance its individuality.

Our commitment extended beyond the house itself. We prepared the ground and dwarf walls for a carport, laid the foundation for a gazebo, and shaped the driveway to seamlessly tie the project together.
